Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, spacious home in the mountains. This house is located at the end of a street in a quiet neighborhood. Our back yard looks like a forest. Enjoy the peaceful feel of nature while being minutes away from the amenities of the town of Woodland Park. Access to national forest hiking trail is available from this neighborhood. We are within walking distance to Charis Bible College (10 min walk) or a 10 minute drive.
Good to know
3 bedrooms come with queen size beds with soft cotton sheets. 2 newly remodeled bathrooms with fresh, fluffy cotton towels. 2 living rooms. Dedicated work area where you can work on your own computer. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Spacious outdoor patio where you can grill food & eat outside under strings of lights while being surrounded by mature pine trees. There's no fence outside. You have to take stairs to get to the house and there are stairs inside the house. We are not able to accommodate any animals at this property. No outdoor fires are permitted at any time. Strict NO SMOKING POLICY.
Other Details to Note
FIRES ARE NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Our part of the state is under strict fire bans during most of the year, it's very dry and windy here and the risk of fire is severe. There's a wood burning stove at this property, but it's for decorative purposes only, you are not able to use it. There's a gas grill outside which you can use to grill food. This property is non-smoking, smoking is not allowed inside or outside the house.

Gorgeous mountain neighborhood with mature trees, wildlife, large yards, views of Pikes Peak mountain, and a neighborhood lake. You will see plenty of deer, squirrels and birds when you are here. You may also see bears and mountain lions. ***ATTENTION: Please don't feed the wildlife, it's not healthy or safe for wild animals to receive food from humans. You can receive a fine of up to $1000 for feeding wildlife. Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that quiet hours are after 9 pm. Smoking of any kind to include vaping, medical marijuana, or electronic cigarettes is prohibited anywhere on the property. In addition, Pets are not allowed.
Guest Access
You have access to the whole house. There are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and a living room on the main level of the house. The lower level features the main bedroom, bathroom, living room and a dedicated work area. There's a locked storage area on the lower level that's not accessible to guests. Wood burning stove on the lower level is for decoration only and is not to be used. Washer and dryer are available for guests to use on the upper level.
